Communications relating to the M Loyalty Program

We will send communications regarding the M Loyalty Program and its benefits as described above (e.g. management of requests, Seeds balance, Seeds associated with new products, Seeds expiries, etc.), via email and through the online account and other channels.

The notices on changes to the conditions will be published on the website and via email at the address supplied at enrollment.


Type of benefit associated with the Program M Loyalty 

Modalités d’attribution 

The Seeds are awarded proportionally to the value of the purchases.

  • Seeds can be accumulated on every purchase of our products (e.g. our culinary offerings or products sold on our e-commerce): the Seeds that are not used are carried over to the subsequent Seeds accumulated.

Seeds expire after 12 months from the maturation date.

  • Seeds can be spent online or at our restaurants. The Seeds balance is automatically updated online on your profile and on the wallet card downloaded from the site.
