Ancient-Grain Rigatoni
Porous, with a hollow center and plenty of ridges: these features make them ideal for all sauces and perfect for catching the sauce. A mix of shapes: Italian organic durum wheat and an ancient Sicilian variety stone-ground. Bronze-cut in our pasta factory.
Carbonara sauce
Prepared in the Lab with Pino Cuttaia — two Michelin stars and an obsession with the essential. Only Italian eggs from free-range hens, freshly ground black pepper, and Pecorino Romano DOP.
Pecorino Romano
Savory, intense, almost spicy. The decisive touch your dish was missing.
Local guanciale
Premium Italian guanciale, produced with full respect for animal welfare, masterfully cured and seasoned with local aromatic herbs. Crispy to the perfect degree to give your dish a twist!
A flavor worth protecting.
