CONDITIONS - M LOYALTY PROGRAM

The present regulation is in effect from April 20, 2026 As stated by Article 6, miscusi reserves the right to periodically modify, even partially, these terms.

This document outlines the conditions applicable to the M Loyalty program (also, “Program M Loyalty”), made available by Miscusi S.r.l., with registered office in Piazza Castello 26, 20121 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT IT09677510969, which may be contacted at the above address or by sending an email to [email protected] (also, “miscusi”) or to the general contact channels.

The terms may be amended occasionally by publishing a new version on theweb site as well as by email to the email address provided at enrollment. We remind you that any changes to these terms shall not retroactively affect rights and benefits already earned through participation in the Program M Loyalty.


  1. What is the M Loyalty Program?

The Program M Loyalty is a loyalty initiative aimed at our loyal customers, which allows access to certain advantages free of charge.

In particular, enrolling in the M Loyalty Program (which is entirely personal and can be done only on one's own behalf) allows access to the following benefits:

Assignment method 

The Seeds can be accumulated with every purchase of our products (e.g. our culinary offerings or products sold on our e-commerce): Seeds not used are carried over to subsequent Seeds accumulated.

  • By enrollment, you will receive 250 Seeds as a welcomepoints;

Seeds expire 12 months after maturation date.

  • Seeds can be used for online purchases and at our restaurants. The Seeds balance updates automatically on your online profile and on the downloaded wallet card. In no case, once Seeds are spent, can they be refunded or exchanged for a different product/service.

You may hold only one profile at a time: it is therefore not allowed to present more than one QR code when using Seeds. We also remind you that Seeds are personal and cannot be transferred/combined with other profiles or converted into money.

We reserve the right to verify the validity of the presented QR code and to refuse it if there is suspicion of abusive or non-compliant behavior or if there are counterfeiting, manipulation, or alteration of the points system.


  1. How Seeds are accumulated.

Once your profile is activated, you can show your QR code at our restaurants, or log in to your online reserved area, or use the wallet on your phone.

For online purchases you will need to login to your personal area.

We remind you that purchases can be made by one of the following methods: online with a credit card, and at our restaurants with cash or one of the methods listed above. The online site is the web site; in person, our staff will assist you.

  1. How to unsubscribe from the Program MLoyalty

If you wish, you can at any time request cancellation from the M Loyalty Program. The cancellation may occur by sending an email to the above address and you can opt out of receiving communications as described in the Section above.
